Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Orders with delivery addresses outside the UK cannot be fulfilled.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to carrier delays.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
